Returned Payment Automation

Designed an automated workflow to help property managers recover bank fees from returned payments, saving time and reducing errors.

Amenity Booking

Created a full-featured booking system for residents and managers, complete with approvals, availability settings, and calendar views.

Resident Calendar

Developed a resident-facing calendar experience to centralize amenity bookings, community events, and notifications.

Architectural Requests

Redesigned the submission and approval process for architectural change requests, improving usability for both residents and boards.

Returned Payment Automation

Designed and tested a new workflow to automate NSF fees, late charges, and resident notifications. The feature reduces manual work, protects fee revenue, and gives property managers flexible control across portfolios. Beta testing showed strong adoption and high usability.

Amenity Booking

Designed and launched a new feature for property managers and residents to reserve shared amenities. Created end-to-end booking, approval, and scheduling workflows, replacing manual processes and enabling future monetization.

My goal is to help businesses navigate an increasingly competitive landscape by offering tailored digital marketing strategies that drive real business outcomes. Additionally, I plan to expand my reach internationally while staying true to my local roots. I’ll continue to build strong relationships within the community, empower my work, and provide exceptional value to all my clients.
