We collaborated with Kevin Sprecher, a GOLF Magazine Top 100 Instructor and Director of Instruction at Sleepy Hollow Country Club, to create a dynamic online presence that reflects his esteemed reputation in the golf industry. The website features comprehensive information on Kevin's services, including private and group instruction, on-course lessons, and corporate clinics. It also highlights his credentials, such as being named the 2018 Met Section Teacher of the Year and his partnerships with leading golf brands, and testimonials from satisfied clients. Designed with user engagement in mind, the site offers easy navigation and a seamless booking system for lessons, enhancing the overall user experience.

For the Voices of Success Speaker Series 2023, we worked closely with the Malden Chamber of Commerce to enhance their digital presence and drive event engagement. Our team designed a compelling landing page that showcased event details, speakers, and key highlights. We also developed and executed a targeted email marketing campaign to boost attendance, featuring clear calls-to-action and event reminders. Additionally, we managed the event’s social media presence, creating engaging posts that generated excitement and encouraged participation. These efforts combined to increase visibility, drive sign-ups, and create buzz around the event.

To enhance awareness and increase foot traffic to the Malden Gaming District, we implemented a targeted digital marketing campaign aimed at video game enthusiasts within a 5+ mile radius. By leveraging location-based advertising and engaging content, we successfully attracted local gamers to explore the district's diverse gaming venues and events. This initiative not only boosted the district's visibility but also fostered a stronger sense of community among local gaming enthusiasts.

To improve WeGo Golf’s website user experience, I conducted a contextual inquiry of their old website, uncovering key insights into user pain points. The findings revealed that customers needed more information on the cities where services were available and clearer pricing details. Using this feedback, I redesigned the site to provide better visibility into these areas, making the information more accessible and user-friendly. I then validated the new designs through usability testing, ensuring they addressed user needs and expectations. This redesign led to enhanced user engagement and satisfaction, creating a more seamless online experience for WeGo Golf’s customers.

I helped drive awareness and booth engagement for Renovation Exchange at a recent conference by designing an eye-catching booth and creating engaging golf-themed games and prizes. The booth design focused on attracting attention and sparking curiosity, while the interactive golf games encouraged attendees to participate and learn more about the company’s offerings. Through these fun activities and strategic booth design, we successfully generated excitement, resulting in 15 scheduled demos with potential customers, significantly increasing lead generation and fostering new business opportunities.
Google Ads for large fertility clinic
Kofinas Fertility Group
I helped drive new patients to Kofinas Fertility through a targeted Google Ads campaign, segmenting the searches for their five locations to effectively reach relevant audiences in each area. By conducting thorough keyword research and optimizing ad copy for each location, we ensured that potential patients could easily find the nearest fertility services. This strategic segmentation resulted in increased visibility, higher lead generation, and ultimately, more new patients scheduling consultations at Kofinas Fertility.

Murder Mystery Bar Crawls
I helped drive awareness and ticket sales for two separate bar crawls by running targeted social ads on Facebook and Instagram, as well as creating Facebook events to generate excitement. The ads were designed to engage the right audience and highlight exclusive deals, while the Facebook events provided a central hub for attendees to get more information and RSVP. Through these efforts, both bar crawls sold out, exceeding expectations and maximizing attendance, while also enhancing the brand’s visibility and reputation in the local event scene.

I’m currently working with a non-profit organization on a pro bono basis, helping them improve the user experience for their website's registration forms and payment processing system. My goal is to make the registration process more intuitive and user-friendly, ensuring that individuals can easily sign up for events or services. Additionally, I’m streamlining the payment processing experience to reduce friction and increase conversion rates, ultimately making it easier for supporters to contribute and engage with the organization.
